Telecaller

This is a contract based job, only for a period of 4 months (April to July).

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling
• Inform customers about company's services and offers
• Manage outbound customer calls in a timely manner to generate leads that develop into new customers
• Identify customer's needs and convince the customer to avail our services.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge and clarify information wherever required.

Candidates will be designated as Tax Analyst, and

Speed Tax Filing is a company which is dealing in India Taxation, Candidates have to call the clients and explain about our services and offers which we are providing, and convince them to avail our services.

3) Basic Computer Knowledge (MS-Office)
