Job Description
This is a contract based job, only for a period of 4 months (April to July).
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling
- Inform customers about company's services and offers
- Manage outbound customer calls in a timely manner to generate leads that develop into new customers
- Identify customer's needs and convince the customer to avail our services.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge and clarify information wherever required.
