Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3–6 years of experience to drive business growth, generate leads, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, fluent English, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare business proposals, reports, and sales presentations.
- Maintain CRM data and regular follow-ups with clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Required SkillsFluent English communication (spoken & written) is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Handling.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileConfident personality with professional communication.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and client management.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
