Digital Marketing Executive

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

Generate high-quality leads and improve campaign ROI.

Manage SEO, website performance, and social media marketing.

Create and execute monthly marketing strategies.

Lead, manage, and monitor the marketing team.

Assign daily tasks, track performance, and ensure timely completion of marketing activities.

Handle customer inquiries and coordinate lead allocation with the sales team.

Take ownership of all marketing operations and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Coordinate with designers, content creators, and vendors.

Analyze campaign performance and submit weekly/monthly reports.

Identify new marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness and revenue

• Requirements 0–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
• Experience in leading or managing a marketing team.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing functions.

First Preference: Candidate willing to work from our Sehore office.

Second Preference: Hybrid work arrangement (2 days work from home) for experienced candidates.
