Job Description

Pinkwall Group is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Marketing Head to lead our offline marketing initiatives, expand our business network, and drive growth for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in planning marketing activities, building channel partnerships, and creating strategies that generate quality leads and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Organize property expos, promotional events, roadshows, and activation campaigns.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Build and manage channel partner, broker, and distribution networks.
• Recruit, build, and expand the company's sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendors, branding, and promotional activities.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, Business Development, or Channel Sales.
• Proven experience in organizing events, exhibitions, and offline marketing campaigns.
• Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and vendors.
• Experience in team building and business expansion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
