Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced PLC & Electrical Machine Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and electrical systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PLC-controlled equipment, electrical panels, motors, sensors, and industrial automation systems to ensure smooth production operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and PLC-controlled machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, HMIs, sensors, drives, relays, contactors, and electrical control panels.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal equipment efficiency.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC logic diagrams.
• Install, test, and commission electrical equipment and automation systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
• Assist in machine modifications, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Required QualificationsDiploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of PLC systems such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, Schneider, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with VFDs, motors, sensors, HMIs, and industrial automation equipment.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, packaging, or process industries.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and root cause analysis.
• Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
