Job Description
Abhirupa Constructions is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support the company’s accounting and compliance functions. Experience in construction or real estate accounting will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, purchase entries, and payment reconciliations
- Maintain cash flow records and monitor expenses
- Process vendor payments, contractor bills, and employee reimbursements
- Perform bank reconciliations and GST/TDS-related documentation
- Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing reports
- Support statutory compliance, audits, and tax filings in coordination with CA/auditors
- Track project-wise expenses, budgeting, and cost allocations
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records
