Job Description
About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate, energetic, and student-focused English Faculty who can inspire students and help them build strong communication, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills. The candidate should be capable of teaching students from Class 8 to Class 12 and preparing them for school exams, Olympiads, scholarship exams, and competitive examinations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and interactive English classes.
- Teach Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Writing Skills, and Spoken English.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized guidance.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.
- Participate in PTMs, seminars, workshops, and academic events.
- Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve student outcomes.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in English (B.A./M.A. English preferred).
- B.Ed. is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–5 years of teaching experience.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for mentoring and motivating students.
- Preferred SkillsExperience teaching CBSE/ICSE students.
- Experience in Spoken English and Personality Development.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools and smart classrooms.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
