- Client Retention: Serve as the dedicated point of contact to maintain strong, lasting partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Needs Assessment: Understand individual client goals and pain points to offer tailored solutions, financial advice, or product recommendations.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve client escalations, service issues, or disputes in a timely manner.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products/services to maximize portfolio value and meet sales targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal sales, product, marketing, and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of interactions, account plans, and performance metrics using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
