Paramedical Faculty

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Paramedical Faculty member to teach, mentor, and guide students enrolled in various paramedical programs. The candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical instruction, supervising laboratory activities, evaluating student performance, and contributing to the overall academic development of the institution.

• Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Academic DutiesDeliver lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and laboratory demonstrations.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and examination papers.
• Assess student performance through examinations, practical assessments, and internal evaluations.
• Guide students in clinical training, internships, projects, and research activities.
• Maintain attendance, academic records, and departmental documentation.
• Laboratory & Clinical TrainingSupervise laboratory sessions and ensure proper utilization of equipment.
• Coordinate clinical postings and practical training for students.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and institutional guidelines.
• Assist students in developing clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Student DevelopmentProvide academic counseling and mentorship.
• Support students in career planning, internships, and placement activities.
• Encourage participation in workshops, seminars, and healthcare awareness programs.
• Research & Institutional ActivitiesParticipate in research, publications, and academic development initiatives.
• Organize seminars, conferences, workshops, and guest lectures.
• Contribute to accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional development activities.
• Participate in departmental and college committees as assigned.
• Qualification Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Paramedical discipline (Mandatory).
• Master's Degree in the relevant specialty (Preferred).
• Qualifications should be as per applicable regulatory and university norms.

• Experience:Freshers with excellent academic records may be considered for Lecturer positions.
• Prior teaching, clinical, or industry experience will be preferred.
• Senior faculty positions require relevant teaching and academic experience as per institutional norms.
