Job Description
A Business Development Executive (BDE) drives company growth by generating leads, pursuing new sales opportunities, and building strategic client relationships. They bridge the gap between sales and marketing, focusing on expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and research prospective clients via cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market analysis.
- Client Pitching: Reach out to prospects to explain products/services, understand their needs, and pitch customized solutions.
- Relationship Management: Maintain continuous follow-ups, nurture relationships, and ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and identify gaps to refine business strategies. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
