Branch Sales Manager - Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) - Sikar - Bhaskar Heights - J Grades
- Responsible for managing branch sales operations focusing on secured business loans, specifically Micro LAP products. - Drive business growth by acquiring and managing secured loan portfolios. - Lead and motivate branch sales teams to achieve targets. - Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to promote loan products. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to secured loans. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategize sales approaches. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal. - Maintain branch performance metrics and report to higher management. - Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to secured business loans. - Focus on business development activities within the Sikar region.Job role
