1. Key Responsibilities
- Student Counselling: Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions to understand students' academic background, interests, and career goals
- Course & Career Guidance: Provide information on courses, streams, colleges, scholarships, and career opportunities

- Admission Support: Assist with application forms, document collection, fee structure explanation, and follow-ups till enrollment
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Call leads, conduct demo sessions, and convert inquiries into admissions. Meet monthly target-
- Workshops & Presentations: Organize career guidance seminars, webinars, and school/college visits
- Student Mentoring: Help students with study planning, time management, exam stress, and academic challenges
- CRM Management: Maintain daily reports of calls, meetings, and conversions in CRM tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Excel.
Required Skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English + local language
- Counselling & Empathy: Ability to listen, understand student problems, and give right guidance
- Sales & Negotiation: Target-oriented mindset with strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Subject Knowledge: Updated knowledge about courses, colleges, entrance exams, and education trend
- Technical: Basics in MS Office, Google Workspace, Excel
3. Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: 0-1years. Freshers welcome. Prior experience in counselling, admissions, or education sales is a plus
Other: Presentable, and comfortable working with students and parents.
