PositionSite Engineer – Civil

Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified and motivated Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise and manage construction activities at project sites in Silvassa. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to project schedules, safety compliance, and coordination with contractors and clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports.
• Ensure quality control of construction materials and workmanship.
• Manage site manpower and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain project documentation, DPRs, and site records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist in billing, quantity estimation, and BOQ verification.
• Required QualificationsDiploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial, commercial, or residential construction projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
• Understanding of RCC, finishing, and structural works.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Preferred SkillsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying and billing.
• Experience in industrial construction projects will be an advantage.
• Problem-solving and team management abilities.
• Salary₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and qualification).
