Job Title: Medical Representative (MR)

Location: Sitapur (covering Khairabad, Tambour, Laharpur, Biswa, and nearby areas)

Reporting To: Management

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our team in the Sitapur territory. The candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving prescription generation across assigned areas.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPromote company products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and chemists
  • Conduct regular field visits across the assigned territory, including rural and interior areas
  • Ensure consistent prescription generation and enhance product visibility
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists
  • Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory
  • Maintain and submit daily reports (DCR, POB) accurately and on time
  • Candidate RequirementsEducation: B. Pharma preferred / B.Sc.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (MR role)
  • Segment: General
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within field areas
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
  • Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
