Job Description
Sales Manager – Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, and Channel Partners to achieve business targets.
- Drive sourcing and acquisition of Home Loan and Loan Against Property business through DSA, Connector, Builder, and Open Market channels.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Recruit, train, coach, and monitor team members to improve productivity and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, brokers, and referral partners for business generation.
- Conduct regular field visits with team members to generate leads and improve conversion ratios.
- Monitor sales funnel, lead pipeline, login, sanction, disbursement, and portfolio quality metrics.
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for faster turnaround time and customer servicing.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Review team performance through daily sales meetings, productivity tracking, and performance reviews.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing end-to-end support throughout the loan process.
- Prepare and share MIS reports related to sourcing, login, sanction, disbursement, and collections performance.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities such as insurance and other financial products wherever applicable.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure delinquency and delinquent accounts remain within acceptable limits.
Team Handling Experience:
- Managed and supervised a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Officers.
- Responsible for team productivity, target achievement, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Conducted regular training sessions on products, processes, and sales strategies to improve business performance.
