Job Description
-We are looking for an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for government projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and tender documentation, with a strong understanding of government procurement procedures and contract requirements.
-Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
-Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
-Conduct rate analysis and cost calculations for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract works.
-Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
-Coordinate with project, procurement, and engineering teams for accurate pricing.
-Analyze tender risks, opportunities, and project feasibility.
-Maintain a database of costs, supplier quotations, and historical project data.
-Ensure compliance with government tender regulations and contractual requirements.
-Support management during bid negotiations and clarifications.
