Job Description

-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and whatsapp/social media chat.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company's products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

-Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

-Handle customer/client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

-Making MIS report, Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
