- Target Achievement: Meeting daily/monthly targets for opening new accounts and selling products like Insurance, Loans, and Mutual Funds.
- Relationship Management: Servicing existing clients and cross-selling bank products.
- Working Conditions: Requires significant outdoor, local travel to meet customers.

Eligibility & Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate from a recognized university.
