Marketing Development Officer

Location: Solan, Dharampur, Rajgarh, Nagar, Kandaghat (Himachal Pradesh) 

Position: 1 | Joining: Immediate | Type: Full-Time, Field Role | TA & Incentives: Provided 

About the Role 

We need a Field Officer to work directly with farmers in villages around Solan, Dharampur, Rajgarh, 

Nagar, and Kandaghat — visiting them regularly, guiding them on our products, and building strong 

farmer relationships on behalf of the company. 

Key Responsibilities 

 Visit farmers in assigned villages and understand their crop needs 

 Guide farmers on seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides 

 Promote company products and ensure timely supply of inputs 

 Build relationships with local farming communities 

 Submit daily/weekly field reports via WhatsApp/mobile 

 Participate in farmer training camps and awareness programs 

Who We Are Looking For 

 Good communication in Hindi / local Pahari 

 Basic knowledge of crops, farming, seeds, and fertilizers 

 Comfortable working outdoors in villages 

 Basic smartphone & WhatsApp usage for reporting 

 Two-wheeler -mandatory 

 Willing to travel daily to rural areas across Solan district 

 Local resident of Solan / Dharampur / Rajgarh / Nagar / Kandaghat preferred 

Qualification 

 Minimum: 10th Pass | Preferred: 12th / Diploma / BSc Agriculture 

 Experience: Freshers welcome | Agriculture background is a plus
