Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Share trip details with customers via WhatsApp.
- Explain tour packages, pricing, inclusions, and itineraries.
- Follow up with interested customers until booking confirmation.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telesales, travel sales, or customer support is preferred but
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
