Legal Officer

Purpose of the role: 

  

  • To ensure high performance by using various legal tools for shortfall recovery from right off & NPA cases 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  •  To handle shortfall cases which are write off using various legal tools
  •  Filing of EP’s
  • Filing of Police Complaints in NPA
  • Obtain warrant and execution
  • Resolution of cases which flow in NPA
