Production Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement daily, weekly, or monthly production schedules and plans to meet demand.
• Operational Supervision: Oversee machinery, equipment capacity, and workflow on the production floor to maximize efficiency.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety standards (e.g., cGMP, food safety regulations).
• Resource Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure availability of raw materials and timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage manpower, including scheduling shifts and ensuring workplace discipline.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, including batch records, production reports, and downtime data.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
