Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee operations of 3 ice cream retail outlets
* Drive sales growth and daily performance
* Conduct daily audits (cash, stock, hygiene, staff performance)
* Ensure proper stock handling, including cold storage management
* Lead, train, and supervise store teams
* Maintain SOPs and service quality standards
* Handle customer complaints and improve customer experience
* Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
🎯 Requirements:
* Education: 12th pass / Graduate or Hospitality background (Hotel Management preferred)
* 3–5 years experience in Retail / Food Outlet Management (Manager role)
* Strong leadership and operational skills
* Good understanding of sales, inventory, and team management
* Experience with brands like D-mart , Dominos, Mac Donald,Pizza Hut or will be preferred
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000
