Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns.

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, admissions, and community engagement.

- Capture and edit photos/videos of training sessions, tournaments, events, and activities.

- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

- Monitor social media analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

- Coordinate with coaches, staff, and management to showcase achievements and organizational activities.

- Manage website updates and ensure content remains current and relevant.

- Generate leads and inquiries for coaching programs, camps, tournaments, events, and other initiatives.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.

- Proficiency in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, video editing tools, and content creation.

- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

- Ability to independently plan and execute marketing campaigns.

- Passion for sports and sports marketing will be an added advantage.
