Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate transactions. The candidate will handle invoicing, entries, and bank reconciliation while supporting overall financial operations.
- Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation regularly.
- Maintain financial records and documentation.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (if applicable).
- Generate reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required.
