Responsibilities 

 Greet Customers: Welcome each customer with a smile as they enter the shop. 

 Provide Menus and Answer Questions: Assist customers by providing drink menus 

and answering any questions about ingredients and drink options. 

 Take Detailed Orders: Pay close attention to customer preferences for coƯee blends, 

dairy options, and sugar ratios. 

 Prepare Beverages: Create beverages following precise recipes to ensure consistency 

and quality. 

 Serve Drinks and Food: Serve beverages and prepared food items like cookies, 

pastries, and muƯins.

 Process Payments: Handle customer transactions eƯiciently, whether they pay by 

cash or credit card.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area spotless, ensuring all mugs and plates are 

clean and stocked. 

 Check Equipment: Ensure brewing equipment is in good working order and report any 

maintenance needs. 

 Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations. 

 Customer Feedback: Communicate any customer feedback to managers and suggest 

new menu items.
