Job Purpose

To supervise and execute manufacturing activities as per approved procedures, ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with GMP and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing of products according to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Weigh and dispense raw materials as per formulation requirements.
• Monitor mixing, blending, heating, cooling, and filling operations.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain production records and batch documentation.
• Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments.
• Monitor equipment cleaning and line clearance activities.
• Report any deviations, breakdowns, or quality issues to management.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
• Assist in process improvements and new product trials. 

Skills Required

• Knowledge of GMP and SOP compliance.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Team management and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
