Position : - Production Executive

Experience Required :- 4–6 Years

Industry Preference

Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Skincare, FMCG, or Similar Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory)

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Production Executive to oversee and manage day-to-day production operations in our cosmetics manufacturing facility. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Core Production & Packing Planning, manpower management, batch processing, filling and packaging operations, and ensuring adherence to quality, 5S, Leen Management, and GMP standards. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Beauty/Cosmetics Industry and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations Execute

• daily production plans as per production schedules.
• Monitor and control manufacturing processes to achieve production targets.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for smooth production flow.
• Supervise batch manufacturing, filling, packing, and labeling activities.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Ensure proper documentation of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR, BPR) and production reports.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for production-related issues

• Achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
• Reduction in production downtime and wastage.
• Effective manpower and machine utilization.
• Compliance with quality, GMP, and safety standards.
• Timely completion of production schedules.
• Accurate production documentation and reporting.
