Land Surveyor

Job summary:

We are looking for a skilled Land surveyor with a strong background in civil engineering to handle measurement, site surveying and preparation of accurate drawings. The candidate will also support site execution activities when required.

Responsibilities:

Surveying and measurement:

• Conduct land and site surveys using tool stations.
• Perform accurate measurements of real estate properties and construction sites.

Drafting and documentation:

• Convert survey data into AutoCAD drawing.
• Prepare site layouts, plans and reports.
• Maintain survey records and documentation.

Site engineering support:

• Assist in site execution and supervision when required.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams.
• Ensure alignment of site work with survey data.

Compliance and accuracy:

• Ensure measurements meet project specification.
• Follow safety and quality standards at the site.

Required skills:

• Hands-on experience with Total station
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good understanding of construction and site work
• Ability to read and interpret drawing
• Basic understanding of site execution
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: BE / BE Tech IN Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in land surveying/ construction projects.
