Senior Full-Stack Developer

Job summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer responsible for end-to-end design, development, and delivery of ERP modules with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and React (JSX) to handle full-stack feature development across Inventory, Billing, Payroll, and HR modules and also support platform scalability, code quality, and team mentorship goals.

Responsibilities:

Core responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot for multiple ERP modules.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using React (JSX) integrated with REST APIs.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery: requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards across the codebase.

Operational Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the frontend and backend developers on sprint tasks and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs across services.
• Maintain and optimize relational database schemas (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure test coverage with unit and integration tests for all developed features.

Additional Responsibilities (if, any):

• Support onboarding of new team members and provide technical guidance.
• Assist the Team Lead in architectural discussions and module planning.

Required skills: (mandatory)

• Java (8+) and Spring Boot: Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security.
• React / JavaScript (JSX): component architecture, state management, REST integration.
• RESTful API design and development.
• Relational databases: MySQL or PostgreSQL — schema design, query optimization.
• Git version control with collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
• Maven or Gradle build tools.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.

Preferred skill: (Good to have)

• Experience working on ERP or enterprise-grade applications.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with reporting tools such as JasperReports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience in Java and React.
• Certification (if any): Java SE / Spring Professional Certification preferred but not mandatory.
