Crop Loan Relationship Manager Kotak Mahindra Bank
Role Overview
The Crop Loan RM is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing crop/agriculture loans while maintaining long-term relationships with farmers and agri-clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales + relationship role for agriculture loans (crop loans/KCC)
- Acquire farmers, give loans, and manage existing customers
- Do field visits, check land/crop details, and assess eligibility
- Ensure loan documentation & recovery
- Target-based, mostly rural/field job
Eligibility
- Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc Agriculture preferred)
- Experience in agri-loans, NBFCs, MFIs, or rural banking (05 years)
- With agri background (Sales) may also be considered
