•Critical equipment healthiness and immediate reporting of any abnormality during his daily check.

•Fist take round for UPS room check healthiness of both UPS.

•Second He will take DG load trail for 10 min and record readings with in limit.

•Replacement of AC filters and AC running condition and Tamp Setting.

•Chiller & Freezer temp. (Temp should be for CH – 4 to 10 Deg & for Three freezer- – 14 to – 20 Deg)

•Lifts / CCTV back up / Fire System / Fire Hydrant system / APFC and etc.

•Fill up readings for daily reports.

•Once he report readings to TL, he should take floor and facility round for any observations.

•Check & close daily complaints & inform vendor related issues.

•If vendor come for attend any complaint , he should be inform to TL & MM. Before start of work he will ensure PPE (Personal Protective Equipments) and safe working.

•Frequently monitor quality of work .

•Quality PMS report. ( Date/store name/ Equipment Sr & Model/ PM or Break down mark/ actually done work maintained on same report/ Service Engg name & contact number/ Store seal & respective sign).

•Report to be send on same day and kept at respective file properly.

•FSO observations to be close on top priority.

•Daily checking of outside lights.

•Cleanliness of all equipments its surrounding area.

•All check sheet to be shown and sign by concern manager (SM. ASM & DM)
