Job Description

Job Title: Payment Collection & Loan Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers for pending payments and collection
  • Handle customer calls regarding payment reminders and dues
  • Coordinate customer loan documents and loan process with banks/finance companies
  • Maintain payment, collection, and loan records properly
  • Do data entry of receipts, vouchers, and customer payment details in Tally Prime
  • Prepare basic payment follow-up and collection reports

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of Tally Prime
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Experience in payment collection / loan process will be preferred
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge is an added advantage
