Job Description

  • Accounts & FinanceMaintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
  • Handle cash, bank, and ledger transactions.
  • Prepare vouchers, receipts, payment records, and expense reports.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other taxation-related work.
  • Coordinate with CA for audits and financial compliance.
  • Maintain project-wise accounting records.
  • Real Estate Legal WorkPrepare and maintain property-related legal documents.
  • Coordinate documentation for sale deeds, agreements, affidavits, and registrations.
  • Follow up for legal approvals, NA/NOC, and other government-related procedures.
  • Maintain records of land documents and legal files.
  • Coordinate with advocates, government offices, and clients when required.
  • Verify property documents and maintain compliance records.
