Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Record and verify all financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Banking & Payments Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain banking records.
• Coordinate with banks for routine transactions and documentation.
• Taxation & ComplianceAssist in GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare and maintain tax-related records and documentation.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Payroll SupportAssist in payroll processing and salary reconciliation.
• Verify employee reimbursement claims and deductions.
• Maintain payroll-related records and reports.
• Financial ReportingPrepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Analyze financial data and provide support to management.
• Documentation & Record ManagementMaintain organized records of invoices, vouchers, contracts, and financial documents.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit purposes.
• Safeguard confidential financial information.
