As a Founding Web Developer, you will architect, build, and deploy both platforms from scratch.

You are not just a coder — you are a technical co-builder.

Product Development

During active involvement and for 12 months after departure:

🚫 No Drag-Out Clause

• Developer equity cannot be forcibly bought back without mutual consent.
• No forced exit provisions.
• Equity dilution only through standard funding rounds.

🎯 Role Overview

As the Founding Automation Machine Engineer, you will design, prototype, and build the core mechanical system for indoor automated wall painting.

You are not just executing drawings — you will architect the machine from concept to field deployment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Mechanical Design & Prototyping

• Design structural frame for mobile indoor painting robot
• Develop rail/cable/track suspension mechanism (if required)
• Design paint delivery system (pump + spray/roller mechanism)
• Create CAD models (SolidWorks / Fusion / AutoCAD)
• Select motors, actuators, linear guides

2️⃣ Motion & Control Engineering

• Develop X-Y-Z movement mechanism
• Integrate sensors (distance sensors, edge detection)
• Ensure uniform stroke coverage
• Build wall scanning alignment system

3️⃣ Paint Delivery Optimization

• Develop controlled spray or roller pressure system
• Optimize paint thickness control
• Reduce overspray and dripping
