Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Receipts, Payments)
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and other tax compliance
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and credit notes
- Perform bank reconciliation, and vendor/customer account reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Maintain accounting documentation and assist with audit & compliance
- Coordinate with vendors/customers regarding payments and ledgers
- Manage and update inventory records (inward/outward stock)
- Upload project files on solar subsidy portals (Government/Discom)
- Manage solar subsidy process – documentation, application tracking, follow-up
Required Skills:
- Proficient in accounting software
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
- Good understanding of MS Excel, Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of Solar Portals & IFP Portal and Documentation process (preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory management
