Job Description
🎯 Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle data entry, client coordination, and product packing activities. The candidate should be organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:🗂️ Back Office & Data Entry:Enter and update data in systems or Excel sheets
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and proper data management
- 📞 Client Handling:Communicate with clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Handle basic queries and provide updates
- Maintain good client relationships and follow-ups
- 📦 Packing Work:Pack products into boxes properly and safely
- Label and organize shipments
- Ensure correct quantity and quality of items
