JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
LOCATIONS:
Ahmedabad, Surat & Rajkot, Gujarat
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for Business Development Managers across Gujarat, specifically for Ahmedabad, Surat, and Rajkot, to expand our presence and build strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by building strong relationships with schools and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting school principals, owners, and key decision-makers, generating business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct 4–5 meetings daily with school principals, directors, and owners.
• Identify and approach potential schools and educational institutions.
• Present company products, services, and business proposals effectively.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions.
• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Educational Sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
• Candidate must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler (4-wheeler preferred).
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
• Extensive local travel within the assigned territory.
• Daily field visits and client meetings are mandatory.
SALARY:
₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month
(Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and performance.)
PREFERRED PROFILE:
• Experience in educational sales, franchise sales, institutional sales, or business development.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily field activities.
• Professional attitude with a strong focus on client relationship management.
