Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash and bank transactions.
- Prepare cash receipts, payment vouchers, and cash book entries.
- Maintain jewellery sales and purchase accounting records.
- Reconcile cash, bank, and customer accounts regularly.
- Process billing, invoices, and customer payments.
- Maintain accurate stock-related accounting entries.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other accounting documentation.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Experience in jewellery industry accounting preferred.
- Good numerical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
