Job Description
Key Responsibilities ● Take regular updates from the operations team regarding ongoing projects. ● Update clients about project progress, delivery status, delays, dispatch, installation, and pending requirements. ● Coordinate between sales, operations, production, and clients to avoid communication gaps. ● Maintain a list of active projects with current status. ● Inform the Sales Head if any project is delayed or if client escalation is expected. ● Share clear updates with clients through WhatsApp, call, or email as required. ● Collect missing information from clients when required by the operations team. ● Help ensure that clients receive timely responses after order confirmation. ● Support client satisfaction by keeping communication transparent and professional. and Make Prediction Report Expected Output ● Clients receive regular project updates.
