Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads.
  • Generate quality leads through paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Design creative ad banners, social media posts, reels, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor, optimize, and improve ad campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager.
  • Track campaign results and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong creativity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
