Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise both the Telecalling Team and Field/Labour Workforce.
- Monitor daily attendance, task allocation, and team productivity.
- Coordinate office operations and field activities efficiently.
- Ensure discipline, compliance, and smooth workflow across departments.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and provide updates to management.
- Handle employee issues, scheduling, and operational challenges.
- Requirements:Proven experience in Operations, Administration, or Team Management.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to manage both office staff and field workers.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
