HR Recruiter

Job SummaryWe are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to identify and attract suitable talent.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand hiring requirements from different departments
• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Source candidates through databases, referrals, and job sites
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person)
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Handle offer letters and onboarding process
• Maintain recruitment records and reports
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment processes
• Ability to assess candidates effectively
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Basic knowledge of HR tools and job portals
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience: 0–3 years in recruitment/HR (freshers can apply)
