Job Description
We are seeking candidates who are comfortable working in a role primarily through a performance-based incentive structure.
Selected candidates will be provided with an IRDA license and will earn a commission of 30% on first-year premiums, followed by 5% on all subsequent renewals for the duration of the policy. Additionally, high-performing employees are eligible for leadership payouts and company-sponsored international trips based on performance milestones.
