Job Description
Develop and strengthen relationships with agri-input dealers,
distributors, and large-scale farming establishments.
Promote adoption of Nisarg Series products that are safe,
effective, and suitable for crop cultivation, soil health
improvement, and sustainable farming practices.
Conduct regular field visits to agricultural markets, mandis,
and dealer networks to drive product awareness and generate
consistent sales.
Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical
support to dealers and distributors to help them serve farmers
effectively.
Achieve sales targets by ensuring repeat orders and
expanding distribution coverage across assigned territories.
Gather market insights, competitor activity, and farmer
feedback to refine sales strategies and support product
development.
