Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers at the project site and provide complete project information.
• Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project benefits to clients.
• Conduct site visits and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with interested leads generated through calls, digital marketing, and references.
• Maintain daily customer data and update remarks in CRM software.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management for booking and documentation process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Generate references and repeat business from existing clients.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Presentable personality with professional behavior.
• Ability to handle clients independently at site.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
