Sales Executive (jewellry)

Job Overview:

Yana Jewels is looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling domestic and international clients, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate will work from the office and deal directly with foreign clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries.
• Communicate with foreign clients via email, calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Present jewellery products, pricing, and customisation options to clients.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Maintain the client database and follow up regularly.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order processing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and sales reports.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (jewellery industry preferred).
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Experience in handling international clients is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & email communication.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
