Position: Senior E-Commerce Executive

Location: Saroli, Surat
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across multiple marketplaces and our website. The candidate should have strong knowledge of online sales, product listings, inventory management, digital marketing, and marketplace operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid stock-outs.
- Manage pricing, promotions, discounts, and sales campaigns.
- Track daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Handle marketplace account health and resolve listing issues.
- Coordinate with customer support for order and return management.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Run and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to achieve sales targets.
- Required SkillsMinimum 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplaces.
- Good understanding of SEO for product listings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace ads is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- E-Commerce certification will be an added advantage.
