Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Embroidery Designer & Production Manager to oversee embroidery designing, sampling, production planning, and quality control. The candidate will be responsible for managing embroidery operations, coordinating with production teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and develop embroidery designs as per client requirements.

Handle embroidery machine operations and production planning.

Supervise production staff and monitor daily production activities.

Ensure product quality and timely completion of orders.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

Manage fabric, thread, and raw material requirements.

Troubleshoot machine or production-related issues.

Maintain production reports and inventory records.

Ensure proper finishing and quality inspection before dispatch.

Requirements:

Experience in embroidery designing and garment/textile production.

Knowledge of embroidery software and embroidery machines.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to handle production targets and deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.
